Dear Friends:

 

I am very pleased to announce that the Cor Unum Meal Center has successfully been converted to propane gas as a temporary energy source to replace natural gas. 

 

With this conversion, Cor Unum is once again able to prepare and serve hot meals.  Dining room service has resumed on our normal schedule – breakfast every day from 6:00 to 8:00 am, and dinner every day from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.

 

To meet the needs of our community in upcoming weeks, we seek volunteers to prepare and serve meals at Cor Unum.  We are especially in need of volunteers for breakfast service. 

 

If you are already an approved volunteer at Cor Unum, you may schedule yourself through your existing online volunteer account. 

 

If you are a new volunteer, click on the volunteer button at the top of the page. Volunteer applications will be processed as efficiently as possible. 

 

Volunteer slots will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.  We cannot accommodate walk-in volunteers.

We do NOT need collections of food or other items, as we have well-established pipelines to purchase these supplies at the most economical prices.  If you’d like to help us make those purchases, you can donate money online by clicking on the donate button at the top of the page.
